Ayanna Connor

Operations & Relationship Manager

Ayanna Connor joins the staff in August of 2021 as our Operations & Relationship Manager. Ayanna joined the SDGMC family on the Operations team for the Jingle 2019 season and was most recently Director of Operations on the SDGMC Board of Directors. She is a self-described “75 degrees and sunny San Diego native” raised by a phenomenal mom and brought up in Catholic school and Baptist church. Music has always been a huge part of her life, having spent many years singing in or along with fantastic choirs. She admitted, “I missed getting involved and missed giving back.” Ayanna brings with her 20+ years of project management experience primarily with global Department of Defense (DoD) contracting companies with planning, budgeting, personnel and document management, using her top skill: communication. She is a passionate networker! Ayanna is an avid writer (technical and fiction) and book buyer and reader, a whiskey connoisseur, and believes wholeheartedly in rescuing as many shoes as possible as often as possible.
