D.J. Paris is a seasoned digital marketing professional with over 25 years of experience. He currently manages digital marketing efforts at Illumina, a global biotechnology leader, specifically in genomics. He has held senior digital marketing positions at The New York Times and Sharp HealthCare.
D.J. grew up in New Jersey, studied radio-television-film and voice at the University of Maryland College Park, and moved to New York City in 1997. He developed a passion for internet technologies and was the webmaster for TheKnot.com when they launched their initial public offering. In his spare time, D.J. continued to sing and was featured in the off-Broadway musical, Fools in Love.
D.J. moved to California in 2018 and joined SDGMC one month later, thanks to the Chorus’s giant ABBA billboard that welcomed him to San Diego.
