HERstory Continued: Diva Down! is a glitter-drenched, power-ballad-belted celebration of the women who taught us how to rise, reign, relapse, and rise again.
Presented by the San Diego Gay Men’s Chorus, this cabaret throws the spotlight on the female icons who have carried us through breakups, breakdowns, breakthroughs — and at least three dramatic costume reveals.
From anthems that make you strut like you own the sidewalk to torch songs that let you ugly-cry in perfect harmony, this show worships at the altar of the divas who empower us in the best of times and the “let it all burn down” times. These are the artists who told us we’re flawless, fearless, and fully capable of anything.
Expect soaring vocals, high drama, a little glitter fallout, and performances that honor the legends who turned heartbreak into chart-topping glory. Because when the world says “sit down,” a diva says, “mic check.”
