Rachael brings extensive experience in volunteer program management, development,
and training, along with a strong background in public service leadership, program
development, and team mentorship. Her dedication to community support is deeply
personal, driven by her love for her three sons and two grandsons.
Her connection to the San Diego Gay Men’s Chorus is especially meaningful. Seeing her
son, Dustyn, flourish in its supportive environment has been profoundly rewarding. His
personal growth, self-acceptance, and sense of belonging within the Chorus inspired her
to give back. She is passionate about supporting and mentoring LGBTQ individuals,
offering guidance, love, and encouragement—proudly embracing a “mom” role within the
community.
Rachael is honored to contribute to the Chorus’s continued success and is committed to
fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
