Greg Duffield

Greg Duffield is a Senior Vice President & Executive for Bank of America leading Client Service Operations across the nation. In his 30 year tenure with the organization, he has spent time in a number of roles responsible for client & employee satisfaction focusing on improving operational performance, business transformation, managing cost & risk, process design and implementation influencing ~8500 employees servicing over 60 MM clients annually. Greg has been a leader in local market business integration, community involvement and is actively involved in several Employee Networks. He is a member of the bank’s Global LGBTQ+ Executive Leadership Council with a mission to be the best place to work for LGBTQ+ individuals. As a recipient of a number of awards within the company, Greg is most proud of winning the company’s prestigious Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager award due to his work in creating inclusive work environments where all teammates can bring their whole, authentic selves to work.

Greg was born and raised in Las Vegas NV watching the city grow, boom and evolve as a worldwide tourist destination. He attended University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) and was on the Board of Directors for a local nonprofit in the Valley. Greg was recognized as Top 40 under 40 Business Professionals in Las Vegas. In August 2020, he moved to San Diego – fulfilling a long time dream – and to be with his now husband, Joe, who is a long time chorus member and who has served in a number of roles within SDGMC. Greg is energized in joining the SDGMC Board of Directors as he sees firsthand the impact that the chorus has on its members and wants to ensure the strength & stability of the organization well into the future. Outside of work, Greg enjoys cooking, traveling, and cycling. He recently completed his 8th AIDS/LifeCycle which is a seven day, 545 mile charity bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, participating on the Bank of America team which has now raised over $1.5 MM for the recipient non-profit organizations.
