Sarah Thompson’s expertise rests in helping organizations achieve their full potential. Previously she assisted a Realtor take his company from a small boutique brokerage in La Jolla to one of the top five brokerages in Southern California—including revamping the entire marketing strategy and approach.

She’s also helped a struggling veterinarian hospital rebrand and collect thousands of dollars in unpaid bills. Here, the scope of her intervention included hiring new key staff, implementing new business systems, resolving past due accounts and outdated business practices. At the conclusion of her efforts, the practice was once again profiting.

Over the past few years Sarah has engaged as a community activist where she has helped change the laws in the state of California regarding the placement of sexually violent predators. She has conducted interviews on every news channel in San Diego and on the radio throughout the state, while also collaborating with politicians and lobbyists at the local, state, and national levels.

Her attention to detail, creative thinking, and willingness to get “dirty” all contribute to her success in resolving challenges and finding an effective path forward. In addition to her community contributions, Sarah is a wife and mom of two.
